Kevin,

In Canton, Ohio we do not delete this inquiry information. Total number of
inquiries are tracked and reported monthly. We have similar scenarios here.
We on average receive about 35% of our applications back. We contact the
inquiry back one time to get insight on their interest. If we do not hear
from them again, up to 30 days, we disqualify the application in the system.
We use applicant withdrew their request as the disqualifying reason, which
is provided in the drop down menu under intake.

Good luck

Robin Seemann

Subject: [WTW] Ways to Work Question

Hello,

We at Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Jacksonville, Florida are new to
the Ways to Work program....

I'm seeking guidance with this - I send out and application package to all
of our potential applicants who meet the minimum eligibility requirements
for Ways to Work. I then enter this person's basic info into the Ways to
Work software. Then, even after I send these folks a follow-up letter, I
still do not hear from them.

My question: How long (if any) do I leave these "Never Hear Froms" entered
in the Ways to Work software. Do I delete these potential applicant after a
while (time frame) or leave them in the system forever?

Kevin

P.S. Hope to meet you all next month...
