Hey!

I've been going to the sports conditioning class for the last month,
and I LOVE IT. it is a great workout. I consider myself to be in
decently good shape, and I'm still sore after EVERY workout. It's
always something different, so it's very entertaining, as well as very
challenging.  It's on Monday's and Wednesday's at 7:50. Be there a
little early if you need to get extra stretching it.
