ps. I think I got it working using the method below, but with
MONOLITHIC_MODULE not giving me an error. It's a very simple change so
even if it's not the best changing it later won't be hard.

<module id="mod_luamodule" template="wxlua" cond="SHARED=='1' and
USE_LUAMODULE=='1' and MONOLITHIC_MODULE=='0'">
same as it was
...

<module id="mod_luamodule_mono" template="wxlua" cond="SHARED=='1' and
USE_LUAMODULE=='1' and MONOLITHIC_MODULE=='1'">
compile all the sources to make it monolithic
...

I will commit in an hour or so, I'm on a very slow machine and
bakefile takes forever as does compiling.
