It works in Linux. I've found a few problems using MSVC6, but I think
I'll have them solved tonight.
Use $configure --enable-monolithic-luamodule=yes
For msw makefiles use MONOLITHIC_LUAMODULE=1
For MSVC projects select mod_luamodule_mono
