No need for a Linux partition, OSX is Unix. Compile/run Unix/Linux
apps directly on OSX.
I did not know that. I see threads on xastir all the time about
installing Xastir, but since I was using Linux, let them go by with no
attention paid.
Nice to know now though. I will have to watch the threads more closely,
maybe even install xastir on Val's new toy when she isn't watching.
