Is this after xNBA starts or prior to xNBA?

There is a change in 2.7 tree recently to fix a problem with DHCP timeouts
in xnba on certain configurations.

In the mean time, examine your dhcpd.conf, look for areas mentioning xNBA
and client architecture like 00:00.
xCAT now adds 'always-broadcast on;' the the config file. Once fixed (e.g.
by hand), it would look like:
 if option user-class-identifier = "xNBA" and option client-architecture =
00:00 { #x86, xCAT Network Boot Agent
        always-broadcast on;
       filename =
"http://192.168.127.253/tftpboot/xcat/xnba/nets/192.168.64.0_18";;
    }
