Yes, that's right, though I just played around with google docs a while and it 
turns out that if I apply consistent text formatting in the google doc, after 
downloading it E.G. as an OpenOffice.odt file to my computer, I can create a 
proper index by just three mouse clicks, and it actually matches the 
formatting. Also imported images are just fine. 
I miss a format for subtitles for images in the google editor, that's all. I'm 
certain I could work with it and produce a satisfying result.
