The IGC file produced by the EW logger will be acceptable as long as EW logger is accepted as a logger by FAI. This has nothing to do with the fact, which software are you using in the PDA (or if any).
In spite of that, IGC file produced by XCSoar will be not acceptable. Do not mix it together. R.
