One of the issues that I've witnessed is that little or none of the
technical discussion of how Xerces-C is advancing actually takes place
on this list.
This is not really xerces-c-dev, but xerces-c-user. The vast majority
of the people implementing Xerces-C are at IBM in Toronto, and they
apparently communicate with one another face-to-face or via private
email. That effectively prevents this project from growing to a wider
group of developers.
I wish that would change.
