After upgrading from 4.2.0 to 4.3.0 one of the shift-like keys are no longer acting as a shift-like key.
The key is the AltGr key found on some international keyboards. It is used to enter characters like: {}[], etc.
Trying to enter a { in xemacs by pressing AltGr and the key '7' gives a waning saying "iso-level3-shift not defined" and then the "{" appears correctly.
The question is: how do I get back to the behaviour in 4.2 and earlier where AltGr was a "dead" key?
