Hello Niels,

a) to set any attribute, not only xml:lang, select the element in
question (for example, the document's root element if you want to
select the lang for the whole document) and use the "Attributes" panel
usually located at the right of XXE's interface, where you will find
all settable attributes for the selected element. Just click the one
you want to set and type its value.

b) Where's that pulldown you mention?
