The problem is to find a Dutch word list.

Note that several users (cz, pl, ru, sk, sv, hi) have compiled
GNU/ispell/aspell word lists into spell-checker dictionaries for use in
XMLmind XML Editor.

Of course, the GPL attached to such word lists forbids us, XMLmind, from
doing this for our customers and bundling such dictionaries with our
product.
