Just like sending to TOSspam (and I do it as a CC of the same e-mail), you 
forward a copy to "abuse" or "postmaster" at the sender's ISP.  For example, 
the return address is [EMAIL PROTECTED], you would send it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and/or 
[EMAIL PROTECTED]  Even foreign ISPs use the address "abuse", in English.

Hint: some of this stuff comes in with the background set to black so you 
can't read the header.  Just click-and-copy the top portion of the e-mail, 
paste it into your e-mail writing program, and click on your own color 
selection to change the background to white ... voila, you can read it and 
turn them in.  <Smirk>
