Just to be a bit more precise: We've discussed that on IRC, so,
readers of this list have missed it, but the plans are :

1) There are still some important features that are missing from xtla.
   For example, the tree-lint mode is really incomplete. We need to
   implement them. The result will be version 0.9.

2) A lot of features have been written a long time ago, and haven't
   been tested since that. Many features are simply broken. We need a
   period of stabilization, tests, bugfixes, without any new features.
   The result should be quite robust and will be numbered 1.0.
