It's a different level of transparence. The patch ensures the redirecting to
ASH transparent to users who use CLI. Vinod's suggestion ensures it transparent
to users who use either CLI or YarnClient programmatically. It sounds better.
One concern about it is whether there exists the case that YarnClient wants to
know RMContext applications only with those in AHS excluded?
Anyway, CLI needs to be changed to support query for attempt and container.
