[~Naganarasimha], thanks for update. Few comments:
- Do you think is it a good idea to rename DEFAULT_PARTITION to
_DEFAULT_PARTITION? {{_DEFAULT_PARTITION}} is not a valid label name, so it
won't conflict with any user added label, and we don't need a separated JIRA to
make it to be a reserved partition name.
- Could you update ResourceUsageInfo to make only user and leaf-queue have
am-used-resource? Since parent queue / application don't set this field, it is
0 for now, which could be confusing to users.
- I think application should support to return resource usage info as well,
could be done in a separated JIRA.
