Submitting Apple reports is much the same. Over the years, I've only had one
bug report to Apple that actually had a follow-up wanting to know if recent
updates had fixed the issue. It was nice to know that the problem was being
addressed.

FWIW, the issues is using Command-Tab to bring an application forward.
Sometimes there is no way to get the Menu bar to the correct application
even when it's active.
