Chris, these matters are beyond words. Every relationship between
student and teacher is different. Every relationship is a double-edged
sword. If one does not appreciate, respect and yes even love the other,
very little will be gained from the relationship.

'Responsibility' is a Jewish-Christian cover-up for finger-pointing.

I like your theory that they are correlated, and I suspect people do
validate their own sense of a teachers awesomeness by the degree to
which they give up their own responsibility to be sensible to the
