have been to china 3 times to visit ancient temples and gardens..that few westerners have seen ..bali i did in 1974... few tourists..now the mecca of the tourist... so good you have time to actually sit for 1 hour..still

Don't dig Pattaya or Phuket much. Actually gonna just go straight to Ko Tao and do some snorkelling for a week, then head on to KL, Yogya, and then on to Bali, Lombo, and the Gilis. Regarding zen moments, I've had a lot. I meditate daily for at least an hour, do walking meditation late at night (so all the chinoise are asleep and not screaming), and use a loooong edited version of focus 27, by hemi-sync (this has really helped me, so that when I meditate, I have heaps more control) which I doctored myself, for at least an hr or 2 a day.
