MEL: In Buddhism, we have what they call zazen, and that can be done at home. I
use a few big telephone books and adopt the Burmese posture. Even with my gout
and arthritis at 50, I can do it
Which one are you...Buddhist, or Christian? And how does the church
feel about your other sides of religion or spirituality? Have you
talked to them about this? And..you picked a church because it's easy to
get to. Which do you need, god, or religion?
