Bill, Don't forget that at some coming date "we" will be a space-faring world-wide civilization, ready to rocket to outposts in other places. This at first will cause further congestion on earth, because, at first, mined resources from space will be brought to earth, and earth population will increase. But after a while, 500 or 1000 years, residences will be permanent in other places. I don't know if this will ever take the pressure off the earth, though, from human population, but there is a chance of that. Maybe earth will become de-industrialized, and solely a residential and wild place, and industries will be off-world. And maybe earth climate, etc., can then become normalized again, and rivers run pure, ocean pH become more neutral again, and ocean corals be on the upswing. --Joe > William Rintala <brintala@...> wrote: > > How can say that the world is overpopulated with Humans or that the species > isn't balanced by nature.
