His is sort of the "Cold Fusion" of Consciousness Theory.
BTW, I hear that LENR is getting a new, serious re-look. Low-Energy-
Nuclear-Reaction theory/practice, that is. NASA is one player. See, e.g.,
DISCOVER magazine, Nov., 2012, Pp. 10-11.
