I let the Nurses and MDs and Nutritional Therapists in our Sangha take him to 
task on that one.  I had no such expertise as they, and I was there for the 
Dharma.

Sheng Yen lived a long, difficult life: 1930-2009.

My Zen spirit is enhanced because of my old Shih-fu.  I cannot emphasize or 
stress enough to what degree-of-pitch, so let this suffice!

Zen spirit is just our Original spirit: We can uncover it by awakening.

We can protect it by taking care of ourselves.
