I noticed that!  ;-)  I left it for you to mention it.

But he HAD to.  He wanted to leave the country, and the border guard would not 
let Old Lao leave if he did not first write down all he could about the 
subject.  So goes the legend.  So, standing on one foot, essentially, he wrote 
his slim volume, and the world has had it ever since.  We have the border-guard 
and Lao to thank for it.  ;-)
