indeed joe..and in answering your post..no the tai teacher is not going to sit in meditation with me..he is a busy teacher...and time is precious for him..he has other classes..and also teaching nordic walking... and does massage..so very busy...i must sit and do my own practise...and how do you know i am not already witnessing the visuals?...merle
