The Zen school advocates and transmits a practice (many practices) which 
bring(s) forth the true mind, and has the distinction of doing this suddenly.

There is nothing distorted in that, and no preaching.

Teachers can only encourage our practice, once we learn correct methods.  
Usually not much talking is done.  

You make a mashed-potato dish out of all the things you throw into one 
paragraph of yours, below.

Our way and our practice have nothing to do with your mashing and bashing and 
confabulations.

If you need to cast aspersions, ...don't.  It's no help to our discussions of 
our topics.
