Merle, Yes!
The instruction on posture looks very good to me. I know these people, and have been to their place in their very earliest days, and the founder of their order is my late friend, the late John Daido Loori, Roshi (d. 2012). Loori's teacher was one of Bill!'s teachers: the late Maezumi Roshi, of Zen Center of Los Angeles (USA). Small world, but a big planet. Actual size. Now, do you see a trend, here?: all these "late" teachers. Impermanence never sleeps. --Joe > Merle Lester <merlewiitpom@...> wrote: > > joe ..i googled and found this..when i was looking up zen in a > chair...worthwhile?..merle > > > >http://www.mro.org/zmm/teachings/meditation.php ------------------------------------ Current Book Discussion: any Zen book that you recently have read or are reading!
