Mike and Joe,

I agree with Joe here but would repeat 'legal and illegal' is not the same as 
'right and wrong'.  Is it WRONG to drink a beer in New Jersey before you are 
18?  I don't think the act itself is 'wrong'.  The only 'wrong' thing about 
that is it's breaking the law.  But it is ILLEGAL to drink a beer in New Jersey 
before you're 18.
