From AC: Zen may not need a brick stone building but it needs real people to help others!

Absolutely, because living philosophy can not exist if there are no people willing to believe, follow footsteps and able to apply in life, otherwise Zen is nothing but empty word in print, isn't it?

Once a friend of a friend knew I am also doing Taiji (Tai Chi) Daoyin Qigong, he asked me why I practice Qigong, was it because it helps me to understand the Cosmo.  I replied: "Cosmo? How can I understand something that big and great when I am not able to sense Qi (Chi = energy) in me and to manage myself? I will be more than joyful if I could create a positive and healthy energy circle in me, and I can then hoping to help others to practice the same, and then we can create a positive and healthy circle.".

Indeed it took me a long time to understand and create a positive and healthy energy circle, particularly in the past two years when my life has been turned upside down completely.  The shocking pain learning process by being bitterly betrayed and realizing how trust & love have been bitterly misused have, in fact,  helped me to open more doors of light of wisdom, to strengthen my believe and endurance in practice Zen philosophy in daily life.  Indeed, at the beginning, not so much people understand or interested in doing exercise with me.  But cynicism did not stop me, on the contrary they help me understand that I do because I like to do it for myself; and I am not able to anyone when I am not healthy, including body, mind, energy and spirit.   Gradually, there are people who are suffering from pain or energy problems because of stress start to join me, now we have formed a little circle of positive and healthy energy circle starts to grow.

Do I need plenty to decorate my 'achievement'?  No !  I am happy when I am able to influence one already. Do I feel lonely and helpless sometimes, Yes, in fact quite often ! But that is not the excuse to question or to stop.  From the physical Tai Chi  Doyen Gong exercise, I learn how to apply the Zen philosophy of Wu-Wou (No Me, means to relax and let go ) in actual movement. How much can I achieve? well, how can I count any when I fail to recognize the value of each little drop that happens in me? That's the way I practice the principle of conscious relaxation of Zen in Tai Chi Daoyin Qigong regularly.   People have different ways for relaxation and learning, it is absolutely fine as long as they are truly happy and relaxed.

From: Agnes I seldom visit temple but I try to practice the principle of Zen in daily life.  For me Zen is a living philosophy but not limited to a religion. So how can you put a living philosophy in a brickstone building? that's why to me Zen does not need a temple to show people what it is. >>

But where are the people like you who are helping the Lepers, the blind, the disabled, where are the Buddhist Monks who are turning the Dharma Wheel in person in the danger zones of the world?
