Dear all Sangha, Yes, it seems that when we are more at ease, calm and relaxed, and accept that there is pain, our experience is lightened up a bit. It's when we say "No, this can't be happening to me, I want it to end and end now!" that the suffering is great. That applies to both physical, mental, emotional pain, any variety of pain - aren't there something like 84,000 of them? Ouch!
