I read about an AZ local boy who was convicted of a sex offense -- public indecency -- it seems he mooned/flashed someone. Now he can't live within x miles of an elementary school, and has to introduce himself to his neigbors as a sex offender. AZ, a conservative state, I don't know the details, or even if its true -- but a legal conviction isn't always grounds to cut someone's nuts off...
