Sure, in a perfect MAD MAX kind of world, Toecutter would have taken out his
sawed-off shotgun and blown away the Lizard-Man, then ransacked the store
and set it on fire before driving away on his gnarly motorcyle with the
mannequin of the naked girl strapped to the back of it.
Unfortunately for those of us with a powerful ID, the MAD MAX world only
exists in adult fiction and psycho-biker movies. So we have to take our
lumps every day and shut up, or else we are labelled as having Anger Control
problems or worse.
