Hi,

I just discover zenoss and on planning to using it at my collages to monitor
server / workstations / network..

The only lack I see is the integrated part with some sort of helpdesk
functions.. It would be nice if zenoss can have a configurable automatic assign
ticket to engineer or technician once a problem detect. Currently, I'm using
glpi (http://glpi-project.org/?lang=en) for the helpdesk and inventory system (
using ocsng - http://ocsinventory.sourceforge.net/ for autodiscovery ). The
only lack with GLPI is the network monitoring functions ( their have oreon -
http://www.oreon-project.org/ plug-in but still on early development ).

Do you have any plan to have zenoss integrated with helpdesk system?

Regards,
ijez
