The Windows NETBIOS name is not identical to the FQDN, it is the computer name
that you see in network neighborhoud within your workgroup, it is usually
identical to the host part of the FQDN shortened to 15 characters max.

If the FQDN is xppc.mydomain.com, the NETBIOS name is xppc.

Make sure that Zenoss resolves the IP address to xppc and vice versa, then
simply use Administrator as the Zenoss WMI username (without backslash or
workgroup name).

You may find WMI Explorer (http://www.hostmonitor.biz/download/wmiexplorer.zip)
easier to use than the somewhat awkward WBEMTEST from Microsoft.
