Watch the license on that software! WMI explorer is only licensed for
non-commercial use - you cannot use it where you might generate a profit
- this would be at work for most people.

If the FQDN is xppc.mydomain.com, the NETBIOS name is xppc.
Make sure that Zenoss resolves the IP address to xppc and vice versa, then

You may find WMI Explorer (http://www.hostmonitor.biz/download/wmiexplorer.zip)
easier to use than the somewhat awkward WBEMTEST from Microsoft.
