So here's my situation: Zenoss 2.1.1 Python 2.4.4 MySql 5.0.42 When I (either as admin or other user) attempt to acknowledge alerts, or move them to history, Zenoss will modify the alert history to say "deleted by user" or "acknowledged", but the actual status of the alert is not changed- ie it still exists as a "new" alert, in its bold color.
The interface seems to work without error, however the event is not changed.
