Well, you could look at the previous forum thread on turning off 
de-duplication... basically you'd need an event transform to change 
something about the events so they don't get de-duplicated...

I'm not sure there's a way to slow down the autoclear... it must be 
really fast for you the up/down, I get alerts for one cycle down's if I 
don't tune to ignore those with count etc...
