Hi I'm not sure where you'd set filtering based on count. My alerting rule is as follows;
Delay = 0 Action = email Plain Text = False Send Clear Msg = True Enabled = True address (opt) = Repeat Time = 0 WHERE EVENT CLASS begins with /UPS Thanks again.
