Ok, you don't have it filtering on count so there goes that theory. This 
is quite odd, I'm used to helping people (and myself) trying to get 
Zenoss to *not* alert on transient issues... It seems to be quite 
trigger happy for me.

I think your clear must happen faster than the polling to send an 
e-mail... Maybe Matt Ray or Chet Luther can comment on this.
