Have you tried
preap 1956
preap 1919
and, if necessary,
preap -F 1956
preap -F 1919
I hesitate to suggest preap-ing zsched, because the kernel has its own
information about the zone, and you want zsched to exit cleanly so that the
kernel cleans up that information.
