Dear *, Can anyone advise if it is supported to migrate a zone from one SPARC architecture to another? E.G., Sun4u to Sun4v?
I presume this should be ok provided the Solaris build on both target and source platforms is the same? Customer has ordered 5220's which will not arrive in time for project commencement. We are looking to begin project on V245's, then migrate zones to the 5220's.
