"None" "none" and "Gan Ainm" are legal titles, (And not only to John Cage: the last is by far the most common Irish tune) so "T:none" is ambiguous. "T:" would seem to be a reasonable way to indicate that a tune doesn't have a title, or that at least that one doesn't want to print a title above it.
