aqbanking-cli never deletes your old data folder, it just imports it and 
possibly creates new folders.

What version of AqBanking were you using before exactly?

".banking/" -> AqBanking1, 2
".aqbanking" -> AqBanking3
".aqbanking/settings" -> AqBanking4
