I guess I'm having problems with this since the notes in every record are a list. I've tried to decipher the bbdb-migrate to see how the record's note field is manipulated. Could you give a simple elisp example how to do the following two things: - retrieve the record's note field for use in let's say in a `message' call. - store an arbitrary text into the record's note field?
