When I have gone through Care2x modules there are some things I would like to comment from doctors point of view. We like to compare old lab results from different visits. Now we have to open all visit files separately and it takes so much time that it is easier to use manual records. Also when the patient is admitted in outpatient department they should go directly from registration to the queue without compulsory data of Diagnosis, Referred by, Therapy or Referral data. Both in Finland and in Tanzania I would see that unnecessary step. I would like to have my clinic page open and pick up the patients from queue without opening any other files inbetween.
Maybe you have discussed all these points when the modules where developed and we will modify these things any way to our needs. But just in case this is of interest to others. I will bring this kind of comments more when I work with Care2x.
