Dr. Antas like to use drupal for a Webpage. I don't know he likes also to integrate drupal or something like this to care2x. So possibly there are other ways. Possibly he likes only to do an nice Webpage. I think everybody is free to make the own decition.
I am in no way related to DRUPAL.
I only take a look at some sites based on it.
I never installed it in one of my systems.
But, Drupal has a greater installed base and a better developer base, and these are the facts.
I couldn't care less about which system should be adopted, So I guess that Typo3 could be as good as Drupal.
I do care to know what are the intended uses for them.
I would like to add that in choosing a open source product we should be extra careful with things like:
a) current installed user base,
b) developer's quantity and quality
c) international expression of that particular project.
I.e., one should not choose a project because, for instance, it has documentation in german, or german developers. In that case the would be installer would be much better taking an intensive english course.
Now for practical things: is Typo3 really a good toy? Who is developing it? Why? What great things are being done with it?
Compare those with Drupal... by then you will see "why Drupal"...
