What's the bandwidth of that 50 mHz circuit?

The last I knew -all- voice announcements ... with the
exception those for the normal time are via dial-up 
telephone circuits and usually reflect this.  It's usually
worse on WWVH, perhaps due to the satellite path
between Boulder and Hawaii.

There was / is a +/- 50 mHz circuit between the TX 
site north of Ft. Collins and the NBS labs in Boulder,
and they well may go via this circuit.  This path may 
be via microwave now.
