Betul targetnya memberdayakan pasar tradisional..

sementara kalau hypermarket nggak dilarang tapi tempatnya itu lho.. kalau
di LN adanya di pinggiran kota..


Dalam perpres , tetap di bolehkan   ada hypermarket kok..

yg mau diatur.. dia nggakboleh gunakan kekuatannya   utk di
slaahgunakanmenekan pemasok dan peretail lain secara nggak adil..

Y ab etul aturan ini tidak boleh menyebabkan persaingan sehat hilang..
tidak boleh menyebabkan konsumen  tidak memperoleh harga rendah yg wajar ,
bukan predatory price, yg memang di iinroduksi utk mematikan pesaing...,
juga bukan cuka barang loss leader, sedikit produk yg dijualmurah dgn
jumlah sedikit yg bertujuan menipu konsumen yg mengira smeua produk disitu
murah..


Eh siapa bilang harga di big retailer itu  paling murah.?.. , kecuali
beberapa produk dalam jumah terbatas.. ??

dipasar tradisional dan pasar perkulakan banyak yg lebih murah... Mau beli
ikan.., datang aja ke muara karang pasti harga carre4 kalah.. mau beli
bawang bombay atau sayiu datang aja ke pasar trasdisional pasti lebih
murah.., mau beli daging ??? saya tunjukkan deh dimana harga yg jauuuuuu
h  lebih murah dr carre4..

Apalagi kalau di banding dampak yg dia berikan pada  matinya  pemasok dan
peretail

Kata penelitian di Eropa.. ternyata  diskon/fee besar yg duiperoleh big
retailer.., sebagian besar di bawa ke LN . sedangyg diteruskan ke konsumen
kecil sekali..

Kalau lgi nggak capai.. nanti saya paste copy  hsl penelitian ini..

Kalau jadi .. di Thailand awal januari 2008 akan di adakan workshop 7
negara asia termasuk Indonesia membahas.. bagaimana menyikapi gurita big
retailer yg mengancam pasar retail lokal..dan bagaimana mendukung pasart
radisional agar jadi siap berkembang di era globalisasi
ini..konsumen  dalam arti luas pasti nggak dirugikan kok...

Jadi malah ajaib  aja kalao kita malah nggak sadar..ancaman very big
retailer ini..

Kalao sy jadi ikut..nanti saya smapikan deh laporan pandangan matanya..

eh ada yg mau nggak  presentasi LSM Eropa bagaimana big retailer ini
menghancurkan produsen pertanian di dunia... , bagus lho.. aku kirim japri
kalao mau..


biar pada sadar aja .. tapi lumayan gede juga filenya..

Perludisadar bhw tekanan pd pemasok dan penggilasna pasar lokal adalag dua
sisi dr uangyg sama.  Artinya.. krn dia menekan pemasok dia bisa
mengalahkan peretail lokal.. krn dia peretail lokal.. maka dia dapat pasar
gede.. yg membuat dia bisa punya posisi tawar gede kpd pemasok dan
menekannya lebih banuyak lalu dia perbesar pasar ... kalau istilahnya dia
menggede terus like a rolling snow ball..

Polish suppliers attack big retailers
16/01/2006- Food producers in Poland have called for a change in the
country�s law to help them fight the swelling power of big retailers.

Producers are demanding changes to at least two laws and hope to extend the
power of Poland�s Consumer and Competition Protection Office (UOKiK) to
gain better protection from the big retail chains.
Reports in the Polish press say food suppliers have complained that they
have been forced to accept unfavourable conditions by retailers, such as
having to pay fees and rebates, which have dented their incomes.
Poland�s Food Economy Council, which includes representatives of food
producers� associations from the dairy, poultry and bakery industries,
hopes to improve relations between producers and retailers by amending the
current laws surrounding the activities of large retailers.
The press reports cite the secretary of the Food Economy Council, Andrzej
Kuczynski, saying he hopes to launch initial proposals in the first quarter
of this year.
The suppliers are hoping for stricter fines for retailers found to be
breaking the law. And the general director of the poultry council, Laszek
Kawske, is hoping that Poland will replicate France�s system; where the
relations between retailers and suppliers are set out specifically in a
separate law � the Dutreil Law (formerly the Galland Law).
France�s adoption of the Dutreil Law on 1 January followed complaints from
suppliers who said they were being forced to offer goods at a greatly
reduced price by retailers. They said retailers also threatened to withdraw
orders if suppliers did not pay discounts.
The supermarket chains in France have been demanding discounts from
suppliers in return for stocking the manufacturer's goods, providing
in-store marketing and offering preferential product positioning.
Laws governing supply have been in place in France since 1996, preventing
retailers from selling below manufacturing cost, in an effort to thwart
price wars and protect smaller suppliers.
