What Alex meant, is that systemsettings5 uses the term `Window Decorations`
(plural), but the localized .desktop files uses `Fensterdekoration` (singular).
Something I've noticed on my system, is that for the german locale, the
name/description in the list is kept english, while the title of the
windowdecorations module is being translated (in plural though,
`Fensterdekorationen`). For other languages, it's the exact opposite;
name/description translated, title of module is kept english.
