So, as an outcome of this thread, using GLOB in cmake _may_ sometimes help 
automake :)
In a clean tree, the GLOB is not problematic IMHO.
That means, to create a tar file from cmake build, we have to clean first. I 
too see, that
it is not very comfortable.
Or omit globbing-expressions of course. This has its own inconveniences.
